1. The noodle workshop has 9 noodle production lines, 1 automated wake-up, steaming, cooling, and quick freezing system, 2 fully automatic packaging and 2 semi-automatic packaging lines each, with a production capacity of 100000 packaging points per shift and 100000 noodle products per shift.
2. The clean vegetable workshop has one automatic processing line for leafy vegetables and one automatic processing line for root vegetables, two refrigerated warehouses, and a daily clean vegetable output of 12 tons.
3. The heat conditioning workshop achieves fully automated standardized segmentation, with a daily output of 4 tons of raw products and 6 tons of cooked products. Core products: soy sauce meat buns, Xiaolongbao, Jiaodong flower cake and other pasta products; Hot conditioning products such as pork belly, lion's head, fresh and tender fish balls, and five spice mackerel; Baking products and vegetable cleaning products.
4. The company has strong logistics and distribution capabilities, as well as a professional centralized production and processing mode. It has more than 30 self owned distribution vehicles and a daily delivery volume of 50 tons of semi-finished products, with cold and hot chain distribution capabilities.
