The vegetable cleaning workshop mainly completes various specifications of internal and external demand for vegetable cleaning products, designed by the production capacity of pre packaged vegetable cleaning products. One automatic processing line for leafy vegetables and one automatic processing line for root vegetables, two refrigerated warehouses, involving 35-50 types of clean vegetable products (depending on seasonal changes). The designed production capacity is 6 tons per shift, of which the store requires 4 tons per day, and the four group dining centers in the city require a total of 5 tons per day.

The processing workshop has one floor, including a noodle processing zone (which completes the production of room temperature noodles, frozen raw and cooked products, fresh noodles, and other products), including 9 noodle production lines, 1 automated waking, steaming, cooling, and freezing system, and 2 fully automatic and semi-automatic packaging lines.

In order to strictly implement the requirements of the State Administration for Market Regulation on "thoroughly investigating illegal activities and safeguarding safety bottom lines", supply chain companies quickly responded and conducted a comprehensive self-examination of warehouse raw materials. The purpose of this self-examination is to ensure compliance throughout the entire process of raw material procurement, storage, and use, effectively safeguard the food safety of consumers, and protect the safety of the people's tongues.

In order to further strengthen food safety management, enhance employees' awareness of food safety, and protect consumer rights, the supply chain company organized a "3.15" food safety special training on the afternoon of March 14, 2025. The theme of this training is "Guarding Tongue Safety and Building an Honest Enterprise".
